The job
A tired bathroom in a managed rental property had reached the end of its life: dated fittings, failing waterproofing, and layout problems that made it hard to keep clean and dry.
Working through the property manager, we scoped a complete renovation: strip the room back to framing, renew the plumbing and electrical, and rebuild it as a modern, low-maintenance bathroom that will serve tenants well for decades.
How we delivered it
Our team managed the full sequence: demolition, plumbing and electrical rough-in, new linings and waterproofing, shower installation, flooring, plastering, and decorating. We coordinated every trade so the property manager had one point of contact and one invoice.
The owner and property manager received progress photos at each stage, and the room was handed back finished, cleaned, and ready for tenants.
