What we build
Coastal weather is hard on outdoor timber, so we build for it: H3.2 treated pine as standard, stainless fixings where the salt air demands it, and subframes done properly rather than patched.
Whether it's replacing tired boards on an existing deck or building a new fence line from scratch, the approach is the same. Solid structure first, tidy finish second, and no shortcuts in between.
