The job
This 1960s home needed more than a facelift. The owners wanted it rebuilt for the next fifty years: warmer, drier, and laid out for how they actually live.
The scope covers the whole house. Inside, the bathroom and separate WC are being combined into one modern room, the old built-in fireplaces removed, and the interiors stripped back to framing for new insulation and full GIB relining. Outside, the home gets reroofing where needed, new joinery, and new cladding.
How we're delivering it
A renovation this size lives or dies on sequencing. We're running it in stages: strip-out and structural amendments first, then insulation and services, then linings, and finally joinery, cladding, and finishing.
