A character villa washed, prepped and repainted, with a re-roof to follow.
The job
A character villa due for a full exterior refresh. Older homes like this need the prep done properly or the finish never lasts, so the bulk of the work went in before any topcoat.
How we delivered it
The exterior was washed down, sanded back and primed, then finished with three topcoats for a durable, even result. A re-roof is set to follow to complete the exterior.
